Exercise 2 - Sprint Workout


2x300M: 70% first 200M, 80% last 100M - rest 5 minutes


2x100M: 75% - rest 30 seconds between each one


4x50M: 100% - rest 20-30 seconds between each one






Exercise 3 - Sprint Workout


6-8 100M sprints: 70% - keep the same pace for each sprint - rest 3 minutes between each 100M sprint
